One of the best ways to really dig deep into our muscles for some serious release work is to use a foam roller. Admittedly, this can be kinda uncomfortable at first. But with consistent practice, it gets better! In fact, it can actually be a great technique for releasing pain. Incorporating strategic foam roller release of tight and overworked muscles can allow us to better balance the body's muscular system, leading to healthier functioning of the core and pelvic floor.
