Group Mat Classes

Held at Complete Harmony STL, these classes are designed to get you moving! Mat exercises can be modified for those looking for a more gentle session or progressed for those looking to break a sweat. There is something for everyone!

I offer workshops and private training sessions for runners of all levels and abilities. Whether your goal is to increase your distance, improve your running form, eliminate pain while running, or maximize your speed, I can help.
