Breathwork as core and pelvic floor work? YES!

In this video, we will... explore how to breathe deeply with rib expansion and exhale more fully with abdominal support practice breathing strategies in a variety of functional positions, including lying down with our feet in a chair, sidelying, lying facedown, and on our hands and knees (which is SUPER challenging!). I promise you two things: It's not as easy as you'd think it would be! This is one of THE BEST ways to make sure you're managing internal pressure well while promoting the functional fitness of the core and pelvic floor.
