Mindful Pilates and Wellness provides 55 minute private Physical Therapy through the use of the wonderfully fun Pilates equipment.

Mindful Pilates and Wellness is a fee-for-service studio. This means that you, not insurance, are responsible for paying your bill at the time of your session. However, if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, an invoice will be provided to you. Mindful Pilates and Wellness is considered an out-of-network provider, and it is recommended that you contact your insurance provider to learn more about your coverage and any deductible you might have.

Please know that receiving physical therapy at a fee-for-service studio is a great advantage to you. You and I will be entering a working relationship together, without the limitations imposed by insurance companies (ex: time limitations, treatment coverage, etc.). This allows me to advise you based solely on what could benefit you best and allows you to take more control over your personal health care decisions.

Mindful Pilates and Wellness requests that you pay at the time of service. Cash, Check, HSA, Credit Card are accepted.

Mindful Pilates and Wellness is not a Medicare provider. The laws governing Medicare prevents me from providing Medicare patients with what would be considered “normally covered services”. If you are a Medicare beneficiary and would still like to request services, receipts cannot be submitted for reimbursement from Medicare. Please reach out for additional information.
