We may start off strong and with best intentions, but before we know it, we’re right back where we started. At some point in life, we all have tried to change something, only to have our willpower fade and old habits resurface. We end up frustrated and disappointed that we couldn’t see the change through and reap the benefits.

But I want to offer you a better way!

The email will explain WHAT the strategy is, WHY the particular strategy is important, the BENEFITS of practicing it, and PRACTICAL STEPS you can take to incorporate it into your daily life.

Throughout that month, you will practice putting that strategy to good use.

The following month, you will receive a new strategy delivered to your inbox.

You will put this method into practice, in addition to the one from the previous month. And so forth and so on, stacking one month’s positive habit on top of the previous month’s habit.

Having a full month plus to practice that habit will increase the likelihood that it will stick! 🤗

By the end of 2026, you will have had the opportunity to put into action 12 different techniques to improve your personal mental, physical, and emotional wellness.

12 HABITS: You’ll receive one email at the start of each month in 2026 with a new opportunity for change. Each habit method offered will focus on some area of wellness, such as improving sleep, mindfulness, stress reduction, fitness, nutrition and intake, social community, personal betterment, and so forth. Each method is research-based for a solid, holistic approach to a healthy, supportive lifestyle.

Education + Empowerment: When each habit is introduced, I will also share with you WHY the particular habit is important and WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO FEEL AND EXPERIENCE if you’re able to incorporate it into your life successfully. I want you to know why you’re doing what you’re doing. I want you to understand why I’ve chosen each strategy so that you can make informed decisions for your body and decide what’s right and helpful to you.

Practical Steps for Action: In addition to the what and why, I will share steps for HOW you can put each method into action. All will be well explained with easy-to-follow instructions.

A bit about me:

Hi, I’m Ashley Prulliere, a physical therapist and menopause coach. I know from personal experience how challenging it can be to adopt a new habit. Even if you know it’s for your own good, it can be hard to change things up and make ‘em stick.

Unfortunately, this isn’t uncommon. It’s more likely that we’ll fail to fully incorporate a new habit and give it up than it is for us to stick with it.

However, I know it’s possible!

Here’s what I’ve learned through my own experiences with trying to incorporate new habits…and in helping close clients to do so:

By focusing on trying out one new habit at a time and giving it at least a month to tweak and explore it, our success is more likely.

By focusing on consistency and repetition, we’ll be finding ways to personalize our effortsincreasing the likelihood that we’ll practice these habits in the long run.

By learning WHY each habit is important to our overall health and WHAT THE POTENTIAL BENEFITS ARE, we can make more informed decisions for ourselves, find deeper meaning and understanding as to what “wellness” means for us personally, and we’re more likely to commit to the big picture, despite the momentary struggle and potential lack of immediate reward.

Whereas other programs tend to offer a few strategies at the start of the year, leaving participants without a solid strategy for incorporating them for the long run, the information shared with you will come regularly at approximately every 30 days…giving you plenty of time to try them out one by one.

We know that we’re more likely to quit when we feel overwhelmed, and we’re better served when we start small!
