Hi, I’m Ashley Prulliere, a physical therapist and menopause coach. I’ve worked with hundreds of women over my 19-year career. And one thing 99% of them have in common: That feeling of stress and overwhelm that comes with the holidays.

Because I’ve been there, too, I felt compelled to create this 4-week stress reduction blueprint so that they (and you as well!) could learn to incorporate healing movement and evidence-based breathing exercises in order to reduce the body’s response to stress and increase the calm, rewarding feeling of joy and connection during busy and chaotic times.

This blueprint will share the WHY and (more importantly!) the HOW for movement therapy and vagus nerve stimulation.

This is the ultimate solution because it combines the therapeutic benefits of gentle movement and stretch mobility with the effectiveness of breathing exercises to calm the nervous system and reduce stress (physical, mental, + emotional), leaving us open to the more desirable feelings of joy and connection.

Other programs tend to offer one method or the other, leaving participants without a solid strategy for de-escalation in the moment.
