Red Flags Protocol:

Many serious conditions mimic menopause.

Here’s what to know and what you can do about it.

Each woman experiences menopause differently. But many perimenopause and menopause symptoms actually overlap with symptoms of more serious and potentially deadly diagnoses.

But which symptoms should be concerning? And what do you do if you have them?

Red Flags Protocol will inform you TODAY and provide guidance for peace of mind.

Hi, I’m Ashley Prulliere. I’m a physical therapist and menopause coach. When I entered my 40’s, I wanted to know what all these changes were. So I got curious.

There’s a lot of info out there about menopause. Some good. Some misleading.

So if you’re having what you think might be perimenopause or menopause-related symptoms, let’s do some digging.

I’ve created a protocol to help drive your curiosity. It’s called my Red Flags Protocol, because a RED FLAG is something that means STOP. It’s time to get curious and explore this further before moving forward.

Let’s take a look.

My Red Flags Protocol is for you if you:

  • Are in the menopause transition period (perimenopause/menopause/postmenopause).

  • Are experiencing symptoms that you haven’t discussed with your healthcare provider, or…

  • Have discussed them with your medical team but don’t feel like you’ve been heard or that other illnesses have been adequately ruled out.

  • Are concerned about heart or cardiovascular diagnoses, thyroid issues, bladder or urinary problems, cancers or autoimmune disorders, and mental health and wellness.

  • Have a family history of cardiovascular illness, cancer, diabetes, or bone issues.

  • Have been dealing with:

    • Fatigue

    • Heart palpitations

    • Excessive sweating

    • Weight gain or loss

    • Feeling lightheaded or faint

    • Anxiety or depression

    • Sleep issues

    • Shortness of breath

    • Mood swings

    • Irregular periods

    • Forgetfulness

    • Pelvic floor heaviness or incontinence

    • Joint pain/stiffness

    • Vaginal and/or skin dryness

  • Don’t want to assume anything…you want to get informed, get curious, learn more, and learn what to do.

With this protocol, you’ll get access to:

The RED FLAGS Checklist: See for yourself which perimenopause and menopause symptoms can also be symptoms of other concerning diagnoses.

Your next steps: I’ll prepare you for what you should do if any of the red flags fit you.

Healthcare provider protocol: If you need to follow up with your healthcare provider, I’ll share with you how can…

  • Find a qualified provider who’s up-to-date on all things perimenopause/menopause

  • What to do AFTER your appointment

A bit about me:

Hi, I’m Ashley Prulliere, a physical therapist and menopause coach. I’ve worked with hundreds of women over my 19-year career. And one thing 99% of them have in common: If healthy, they all go through perimenopause and menopause.

I’ve been there, too. And I got curious. I wanted to know if what I was experiencing was truly due to menopause or something I should get ruled out.

Because, maybe like you, I had family members who went through some scary diagnoses. And their symptoms overlapped with perimenopause symptoms.

And if you search up specific symptoms and include your gender and age, things can easily be dismissed or labeled as menopause.

If we’re “lucky,” that’s what it is.

But if we’ve assumed and not talked to our healthcare provider, that’s when trouble can happen. That’s when things get missed.

So I created my RED FLAGS PROTOCOL to inform you, too.

I want you to be curious and knowledgeable about what’s going on with you. And if there’s something deeper to dig into, I want to equip you with the tools and know-how so you can do just that.

I want the best for your health, and I’m stoked to offer YOU this opportunity to learn these RED FLAGS so you can rest easier and feel confident with what’s going on with your body. From there, you’ll be able to choose a healthy, informed path forward for symptom management.
