Then here’s what you need to know:
1) You’re invited so sign up for a completely FREE, no strings attached consultation. You let me know what you’re dealing with. I let you know if I think my approach could help. (Not everyone needs coaching, and this is not for everyone. I will give you my honest, expert opinion when we chat.)
2) IF MMM is something you’d like to pursue, you’ll be invited to book a full wellness consultation. We will go over all aspects of what could be impacting the intensity of your experience. This may include discussions about:
diet/nutrition,
weight gain,
body composition changes,
sleep issues and habits,
stress,
self-care management,
emotional considerations,
hot flashes and night sweats,
brain concerns,
and more. This will also include a fitness assessment, including functional movements, brain-body connection, neuromuscular functioning (coordination, balance, and more), and other aspects of wellness.
3) Based on this information, I will share my recommendations for what I believe would be most beneficial to you to help you move through this phase of life as smoothly as possible. Recommendations may include programming offered by me, AND/OR they may include referrals to other providers who could better serve you.
Note: Since I work very closely with my clients, and due to the nature of this inclusive, comprehensive work, I only take on a certain number of clients at a time. This is so that I can provide top-quality care to each person. When you contact me, there may be a waitlist. If I don’t have an immediate opening, I will let you know an estimated time frame for when our work could begin. Please don’t wait for an emergency to book. Be proactive!
