Mindful Pilates and Wellness offers group mat classes at Lark Skin Co. in Webster Groves, MO. These Mindful Pilates classes will energize and inspire you to be the best you can be! Whether you want to enhance your existing fitness regimen, recover from an injury or illness-related problem, or just get started on the path to better health, one of Mindful Pilates' classes will be right for you. These classes feature rewarding mat programs designed to get you moving better. Each class begins with a brief centering practice so you have an opportunity to calm your busy mind and focus inward. Throughout the class, gentle cueing increases the mind-body connection, and attention to breathing patterns is emphasized. Mindful Pilates group mat classes help you establish mindful, healthy movement patterns to create a new relationship with your own body. Exercises can be modified to allow for more gentle movements or can be progressed if you’re ready for a more challenging workout.

Weekend Pilates Fun with Friends!
Pilates is a proven means of learning healthier movement patterns to improve strength, flexibility, power, and mind-body awareness, all while reducing pain. Mindful Pilates and Wellness offers premium group mat Pilates classes that are appropriate for every fitness level. You will get helpful cues and corrections that apply to your unique movement patterns. You will feel stronger and more confident in your future group classes and your day-to-day life. Beginners, you won’t be left alone to figure it out! Instead, you will receive careful guidance from an experienced instructor and feel real results. For those already practicing Pilates, take your practice to a higher level of strength and focus. Sign up with a group of your friends for fun and accountability, or bring yourself and join in the group.
